On the evening of Saturday, October 26th, nearly forty people gathered to celebrate Fork Union Military Academy over lovely hors d'oeuvres and conversation. Proud parents of FUMA cadets shared stories of their sons and met new friends from a variety of cities as many as 1,000 miles apart, as they mingled, laughed and shared in the joy of their sons' accomplishments. What made this particular get-together remarkable was the fact it took place in Beijing, China and was the first ever international parents' event sponsored by the Academy.
