A regular monthly feature of the FUMA Dining Hall. Stations are set up where cadets can choose from 3 different pastas and their choice of homemade red sauce, meat sauce or alfredo sauce. They can also add Italian sausage, meatballs, shrimp and other additional ingredients. Dan Thompson, our Director of Communications, reports that "it's better than most Italian restaurants!"
