LTC Rob Feathers and CPT Darren Keithley took 12 middle school cadets on Saturday, Sept. 17th, to Awakeningfest at Bull Run Park in Centreville, Va. Awakeningfest is an all day Christian music festival, this year featuring Jeremy Camp, Bethany Dillon, and Tree63, among others. Other activities were provided, as well, including all day volleyball, a rock climbing wall, a jousting pit, and a petting zoo.
